Seville 1999 security problem

Have a problem with CADILLAC SEVILLE 1999 4.6L. Car start for a few second and then stop. In instrument cluster lamp "CODE" is ON and dont go out. On display---EXP ID33.

I check wires to ring on ignition lock cylinder---- +,-, signal wire is OK. I check wires to VTD module(right of steering column---10pin--9wires) --OK. I tryed 30 min procedure---not work----after 10 minutes lamp "CODE" dont go out.

System PASSKEY III, keys with chip MEGAMOS ID13

1. What means code EXP ID33.???
2.In what module stored keys. ???
3.How i can make synxro between ECU and VTD module ???
