Is HID to halogen possible?

Hey everybody,
I'm wondering if it is possible to do a simple plug n play temp replacement from HID to halogen. It's COLD here and I'll replace the HID in the Spring!!! My driver's ballast is gone. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!
