Im currently working on a 97 eldorado that has no power at the fuel pump fuse or the relay,I dont seem to be getting any signal/voltage from the ecm... Does that mean the ecm is bad or is there anything else that would stop the signal coming from the ecm? The car was running at idle about a year and a half ago and just died and couldnt get it restarted so its been sitting in the garage since.But previously had some issues with fuel pump relay needing replace a few months before it died.I have checked for corrosion at the fuse/relay block and there is no corrosion present nor is there any corrosion at the ecm. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
