Feels like some linkage came off,everything sounds like it's trying to work, Is there anyway to access trunk,I had seat almost all the way out but it didn't seem like there was room to access,(ran out of time) any info would be great. (checked valet,tried key,& fob)

I did call local Caddilac service dept,& they told me I would have to drill out lock, or go thru liscense plate holder?
