My 02' Seville SLS has recently started to act up on many issues, the car has approx: 100500 miles on it, currently my main concern is the heat, a few days ago when the weather here in central NY began to get cool my car is not throwing heat even with the fan turned all the way up & temp set to 90 it is throwing cold air which is also causing my car to come very close to overheating, once in awhile the heat will suddenly kick on & my engine temp will climb back down but it isn't long before the heat turns to cold air again and my engine temp begins to go back up. Also a few days ago my car gave the msg to check coolant level so I did add some coolant but it wasn't really low in the first place & that msg has not reappeared, there does not appear to be any antifreeze leaks, Any thoughts on this heating problem? Some added information I recently had my spark plugs replaced due to a misfire code and rough starts with a lot of sputter, right after having the plugs replaced the misfire went away & the car started & ran very smooth, but just a few days later the rough starts & sputtering returned along with what sounds like a faint knocking noise, the plugs were replaced just 2-3wks ago & all these newer problems have come since then, these additional problems are an ABS C1228 code with service stability system msg, twice now my car suddenly turns off radio, & heat panel and one of those two times this happened it displayed a service theft system msg. I also hear a bird like chirping noise coming from the wheels any time the wheel is turned slightly too the right. By far my biggest concern at the moment is the heating problem but any insight on any of these problems is greatly appreciated I am very close to trading in this car because this sudden onslaught of problems but I have never had a car payment in my life as I have always paid upfront for my vehicles & I dont want to start making car payments now
